Data & Machine Learning Lead
Kevin has spent over 20 years working in retail and consumer businesses on data, insights, forecasting and analytics projects.
Kevin was previously a Partner at Accenture, where he was responsible for retail data and analytics projects and Vice President of Insights at Best Buy, where he managed analytics and insights across Best Buy's international businesses.
Kevin has designed and delivered numerous markdown, promotion, and competitive pricing solutions for a variety of retailers in fashion, grocery, health and beauty, and electonics.
He has previously worked with more than 25 retailers including John Lewis, Dixons Carphone, Esprit, Clarks, Boots, Marks & Spencer, Metro, Tesco, Lindex, and WH Smith.
Delivery & Operations Lead
Alex was previously a management consultant at IBM, where he worked mainly on large scale supply chain and digital transformation projects for tier one global retailers. Alex’s experience in pricing optimisation includes leading the design and delivery of a bespoke markdown optimisation solutions for an omni-channel retailer in the UK.
Prior to founding Sparkbox, Alex worked with retailers including Tesco, B&Q, IKEA, Arcadia (Topshop), Saks Fifth Avenue, TJX Group, John Lewis, The Very Group, N Brown, and Burberry.

Lindsay was previously a merchandiser at the American department store Target, where she supported their international expansion to Canada.
Prior to founding Sparkbox, she worked in consulting, where she advised major UK brands on pricing and merchandising strategies. Her engagements included leading the design and delivery of bespoke price optimisation solutions for retailers including Arcadia (Topshop), The Very Group, Superdry, and House of Fraser.
Lindsay is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree in the European Retail and E-commerce category.
Matt is a mathematician and software developer. He was previously a retail consultant, where he focused on price optimisation.
Prior to founding Sparkbox, Matt designed and built custom promotions and markdown optimisation solutions for digital and high street retailers. He has previously worked with N Brown, The Very Group, Arcadia (Topshop), Superdry, and House of Fraser.
Matt is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree in the European Retail and E-commerce category.
